Technologies LLC is a thermal spray
research and development company with
primary office and manufacturing
facility located in Oilville, VA
(USA). Founded with the
purpose of developing better thermal
spray equipment based on many decades of
experience in thermal spray
R&D, we have grown to become the number
one provider of AC-HVAF equipment and
related technologies worldwide.
 The
AC-HVAF
System was created to apply all
the
standard HVOF materials at higher
quality and increased productivity,
while at the same time eliminating all
of the traditional hassles of deploying
and operating HVOF and old generation
HVAF systems.
The AC-HVAF system was introduced in
1999 and immediately captured the attention of
thermal spray markets worldwide. Since then
it has been deployed in:

Over 40 systems are currently in use
worldwide.
The system has earned the reputation for
outstanding coating quality, simplicity
of operation, nearly maintenance-free
reliability, and productivity that is
unmatched by any other system worldwide.
The AC-HVAF system has been further
developed
over the years and in addition to the
well-received
SB9300 and
SB9500 spray guns,
we have introduced
TSR3000HX featuring hydrogen and oxygen
micro-injection, yielding even higher
deposit efficiency and coating quality.
Other thermal spray equipment was also introduced, including:
HVAF-ARC, conventional twin wire
electric arc, and a
unique industrial
powder
feeder with no wearing seals capable of feeding up to 70 pounds per hour.
Peripheral devices, such as spray booths,
industrial robots, turntables, and data
acquisition centers can also be supplied and
incorporated into complete integrated
systems.
In addition to equipment
manufacturing we also operate a
full service spray shop
in Oilville, VA. It is fully equipped to
process small and large
test pieces as well as full production batches.
Even complicated shapes are no problem. All
HVOF materials can be applied in thicknesses
ranging from 0.05 mm to 5 mm.
