The PF100 is a heavy duty, high capacity powder feeder that is designed for use with thermal spray processes such as plasma spraying, HVOF/HVAF and Cold Spray, as well as other industrial applications. The feeder is designed without any wearing seals and therefore provides highly reliable operation with no degradation over time, permitting consistent, pulse-free feeding of all thermal spray powders. No consumable spare parts are needed. The volumetric feed principle directly controls the powder feed rate by the speed of the metering wheel, while a digital read out provides instantaneous feedback to allow the operator to set the speed precisely.
