UltraCoat™ and Quasar™ control systems are designed to control and monitor SAF and AC-HVAF processes, utilizing the full power of modern computer-based intelligent industrial control. SpraySoft software starts and stops the spray gun and automatically and accurately maintains preset operating parameters, notifying the operator of any deviations. Safety monitoring automatically shuts down the system if any abnormal situations occur. A modular hardware design simplifies system maintenance. The system features a user friendly touch screen user interface for ease of operation and system monitoring. An optional live video feed from the spray gun is also available.

Designed in accordance with ATEX safety guidelines, the UltraCoat™ control system has separate gas and electrical compartments with air purging in the gas distribution cabinet. The systems include such safety features as flammable gas detectors installed in the gas distribution cabinet, and a flame sensor installed on the spray gun.
