V4™ Volumetric Powder Feeder
The V4™ is a heavy duty, high capacity volumetric powder feeder that is designed for use with thermal spray processes such as HVOF, HVAF, Plasma, Cold Spray, Laser Cladding, and other industrial applications. Unlike other industrial feeders, the V4™ contains no wearing seals, which means its performance does not degrade with use, eliminating the need for frequent maintenance.
The V4™ powder feeder utilizes a unique patent pending feeding mechanism that delivers a consistent, pulseless powder flow, and eliminates friction between mechanical components, enabling the feeder to reliably feed agglomerating and bridging powders.
