The Uniquecoat M5 gun represents a major advancement in HVAF technology, achieving significantly higher deposition efficiency and coating quality when spraying HVOF-grade powders. This performance is made possible by its next-generation high-efficiency combustor and the implementation of independently controlled primary and secondary combustion zones, further refining the dual-stage combustion principle first introduced with the M3™ and M4™ guns.
M5H™ Handheld HVAF Gun
(Single-Stage Combustion with Independent Control of Combustion and Nozzle-Cooling Flows)
The M5H is designed for manual spraying of small surfaces and complex-shaped parts where robotic application is impractical. This lightweight (3.6 kg) gun supports both standard (5–30 µm) and superfine (2–15 µm) HVAF powder cuts, enabling the application of Flash Carbide coatings. Low-thrust nozzles and integrated remote controls ensure comfortable, precise, and efficient operation.
