The M2H is designed for manual spraying of small surfaces and complex-shaped parts where robotic application is impractical.
It is based on single-stage combustion principle and ensures cost-efficient deposition of high-quality carbide, metal, and alloy coatings.
The system can process both standard HVAF powder fractions (5/30 um) and superfine cuts (5/15 µm, 2/10 µm) used for producing Flash Carbide coatings.
With a weight of only 3.6 kg, the M2H offers excellent balance and control during extended operation.
A built-in remote control on the handle provides quick access to jet and powder feed functions.
