
Uniquecoat® M5H™ Handheld HVAF Gun
The Uniquecoat M5H is a simple, highly reliable handheld HVAF gun designed for maximum operator convenience and consistent performance. It operates on a single-stage combustion principle and features separate, independently regulated air supply lines for nozzle cooling and operating air. This design ensures stable combustion conditions, minimizes wear of critical components, and extends overall service life.
Versatile Handheld HVAF gun
The M5H is designed for manual spraying of small surfaces and complex-shaped parts where robotic application is impractical. This lightweight (3.6 kg) gun supports both standard (5–30 µm) and superfine (2–15 µm) HVAF powder cuts, enabling the application of Flash Carbide coatings. Low-thrust nozzles and integrated remote controls ensure comfortable, precise, and efficient operation.
