HVAF COATING SERVICES
Production Coating, Process Evaluation & R&D
Industrial HVAF coating services, customer trials, and process development using Uniquecoat equipment at our Virginia facility.
How We Can Help
PROCESS DEVELOPMENT & R&D
Coating parameter development, material evaluation, prototype work, and specialized coating projects.
TRIALS & QUALIFICATION
Customer parts, powders, and coating specifications can be evaluated before equipment purchase or production qualification.
PRODUCTION COATING
HVAF coating of industrial components for wear, abrasion, erosion, and corrosion protection.

Equipment Development Meets Real Production
Our thermal spray facility is more than a test laboratory. We operate two dedicated spray booths where Uniquecoat equipment is tested, optimized, and used to coat actual industrial components.
Working under real production conditions gives us direct feedback on coating quality, equipment reliability, and process performance — experience that supports both our coating services and continued equipment development.
2 SPRAY BOOTHS
Production coating, process trials & equipment testing
CUSTOMER PARTS & POWDERS
Trials using customer components, materials, and specifications
PRODUCTION + R&D
From routine coating work to process-development projects
